Day 1 Arrival in Leh
Upon arrival at the Leh Airport, our driver will guide you to your Hotel . O/n in the Leh City. Today. you can completely rest in a Leh . Overnight stay in leh city.
Day 2 Acclimatization in Leh
You need to Rest and acclimation in Hotel, Later on our Group Leader or Professional Mountain Guide who assist you in the expedition will give you a briefing regarding the expedition and itinerary plan. By afternoon we will go to hike towards Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace. Later on you’ll visit to Market and Buy some Requirement which need during expedition. Back to the Hotel. Overnight in Leh.
Day 3 Drive from Leh to Rumtse Phu
We will drive exhilarating journey from Leh to Rumtse Phu, a picturesque destination approximately 80 kilometers away. Departing from Leh in the morning, we’ll traverse through winding roads that offer breathtaking views of the Himalayan landscape. Along the way, we’ll pass through quaint villages, barren valleys and towering mountain passes immersing ourselves in the rugged beauty of Ladakh. As we approach Rumtse Phu, the scenery transforms, revealing vast plains and dramatic rock formations. Upon arrival, we’ll set up camp in the tranquil surroundings, nestled amidst towering peaks and pristine wilderness. Here, amidst the serene ambiance, we’ll unwind, connect with nature, and relish the awe-inspiring beauty of our remote camping spot. Whether it’s stargazing under the clear night sky or simply soaking in the tranquility of the mountains, Rumtse Phu promises an unforgettable camping experience.
Day 4 Rumtse Phu to Basecamp
Day 5 Training Day
You will undergo training at base camp and go for an acclimatization hike. You will have your dinner early as you will start your summit push the same night. Take proper rest and meals before summit push.
Day 6 Summit Day
This is the day we have been waiting for. The summit day! You will be trekking to the summit of Mt. UT Kangri. Some sections of the climb may need us to rope up and climb. We will be trekking in deep snow so we will need to be patient amidst the raging winds and biting cold. Mt. UT Kangri is at an altitude of 6,070 m and the views are surreal with amazing views of Mt. UT Kangri – II and other prominent peaks of Ladakh.
Day 7 Basecamp to Road-Head and Drive back to Leh
You will descending down to the road head camp at Rumtse Phu. After the de-scend, you will start your journey back to Leh by road. After reaching Leh, you can take good rest in the cozy hotel room.
Day 8 Departure to Home
After the breakfast we will excursion towards the Leh Airport , So its time to departure. We hope you depart with happy and vivid memories of this enchanting, mysterious landscape and we look forward to welcoming you again in Ladakh .
